CANCELLATION POLICY

At Remedium Wellness Centre We aim to provide Sports Massage and Spinal Manipulation therapy at your earliest convenience. As such we respectfully ask for a 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do this in order to supply attention to those on the wait list that urgently require attention and we will always go above and beyond to find an appropriate appointment for a patient, even at short notice. As such; if you fail to attend, forget your appointment, cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or arrive to your appointment 20 minutes of more late, you will be charged the full fee due to us being unable to fill it with a patient from the wait list.

 

We appreciate that at certain times unexpected incidents occur, accidents happen, and cars break down! And we will always aim to take each case into consideration. Our main priority is to fill the space and help as many people back to health as possible. Please facilitate these aims by understanding that by booking online or by phone, you are agreeing to provide us with a 100% non-refundable deposit should you not turn up to your appointment or not provide at least 48 hours notice of non-attendance.
