New Graduate or student Osteopath wanted!
Remedium Wellness Centre are looking for a brand-new practitioner to join their growing team in Worcester!
The clinic has been open since August 2021 and has taken on 45 new patients per month on average for the past 2 years.
We are a well reputed clinic within the local area with over 230+ 5* google reviews. Our team consists of a 3 lead Osteopaths, a Sports Therapist and a Sports Massage Therapist. Our focus is on providing our patients with a proactive approach to their musculoskeletal health in the form of structural Osteopathy combined with appropriate exercise prescription to get our patients better, in an up to date, evidence-based manner.
THE POSITION
We are looking for a new graduate or student Osteopath to build a busy and successful patient list within our busy practice. This is a self-employed, Part-time position with a commission-based salary to include added incentive bonuses when monthly targets are hit. Work-life balance is also important to us, so we can provide a format of hours and days that benefit both you and the clinical team.
In depth training on our systems will be provided to the successful candidate including mentoring and shadowing from our existing team. The successful candidate must understand that this position is ideally suited to an individual that is driven to grow Remedium Wellness as a brand nationally, as well as become a part of that growth for years to come.

The ideal candidate for this position is:
- A structural practitioner, confident in HVT/HVLA techniques, high quality soft tissue techniques, MET/stretching techniques and can provide a firm professional treatment.
- Experienced in or willing to learn to provide the correct exercises to help rehabilitate patients.
- An evidence-based practitioner who is more scientific rather than alternative.
- A good work ethic with a strong desire to learn and go the extra mile to help patients.
- An excellent communicator who is professionally dressed and is well presentable with our official clinic uniform.
- Is happy to work in a team, be constructively critiqued by colleagues, and give constructive criticism in return to grow and improve as a health care team.
- Must hold or be willing to hold valid public liability insurance to cover full scope of practice within the clinic.
