Understanding Pregnancy and the Body

Pregnancy brings profound changes to a woman's body, including laxity in ligaments, altered posture, and a change to your centre of gravity.

These changes can increase pressure on the vertebrae, causing adaptation to muscles and ligaments, often leading to discomfort and pain.
